VISITOR EXPERIENCE
VISIT, LEARN, SUPPORT
At Masai Dog Rescue Project, we believe that seeing is believing and that compassion grows through connection. That’s why we’ve opened our sanctuary doors to visitors, travelers, and animal lovers who want to experience the mission first-hand.
Through our paid visitor experience, guests can tour the sanctuary, meet the rescued dogs, and learn about the stories behind each tail wag. All entry fees directly support the daily care of our dogs, including food, medical treatment, and shelter maintenance. Whether you’re a tourist exploring Kilimanjaro or a local resident who wants to make a difference, this visit offers a unique and meaningful experience. Guests will have the opportunity to:
- Walk and interact with the dogs
- Learn about street dog rescue in Tanzania
- Meet the Maasai community partners
- Support a good cause just by showing up
We also welcome families, schools, and tour groups, offering customized tours and educational sessions.
Your visit helps save lives while giving you a chance to connect with animals, culture, and purpose in a way that few places offer.
