Located just 30 minutes from Moshi in a traditional Maasai village, our sanctuary is a safe haven for Tanzania’s most vulnerable dogs. Surrounded by the stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro and supported by the local Maasai community, this purpose-built space offers rescued street dogs a second chance at life.

Here, up to 100 dogs receive food, medical care, love, and the time they need to heal physically and emotionally. It’s where fearful, forgotten dogs learn to trust again, and where many begin their journey to finding a forever home.
